Your tour and activity  may be eligible for price matching if it is:

Identical to the competitor’s product.

The tour or activity must be a matching to qualify.

Immediately available at a  qualifying online retailer, or a local competitor.

We match local competitors (including their online prices) and these qualifying online retailers: Viator.com, Expedia.com, DiscoverHawaiiTours.com, FunHawaiiTours.com, and PearlHarborOahu.com

Not shown on our exclusions list.

Exclusions apply including, but not limited to, packages including airfare sold by any online reseller, airlines, competitors’ service prices, special hourly or daily sales, and tours or activities  for sale Thanksgiving Day through the Monday after Thanksgiving.

Find a qualifying package, tour, or, activity while online. Find a qualifying package, tour or activity that you want us to price match. Make sure the tour or activity you would like to price match is identical to our competitor’s tour or activity (it must be a matching operator provider with identical tour or activity number and name). Our tours, activity and packages are available for price matching by phone only.

Call to request a price match when making a booking call us for price match request. Please be prepared to direct our concierge to the ad or website that is displaying the current lower price you would like to match.
